Counselling Services

"The counselling helped me to put things in my life in perspective. I felt less alone, like it's all right to ask for help. I was going through a lot of changes and losses and coming for counselling let me be myself."

Adults and Couples

People seek out support for many reasons: depression and anxiety, abuse, grief, parenting, stresses, substance use, relationships, losses and other changes and challenges. Call us directly at 250-360-0644.

Youth and Family

We support youth (13-18 years) and their families through counselling, mediation, crisis intervention and building on parenting skills. Contact us at 250-385-2635 ext 205.

Training - Volunteer Counsellors

We are able to provide supportive, community based counselling with the help of an annual roster of 40 active counsellors. Each year, we train an average of 15 people over a 10-month period. When the training is complete, those that were successful give back by volunteering with us. Further information is available on our Training page. Contact us directly at 250-360-0644.
