Learning Mindfulness skills has many benefits to our mental and emotional well being. It can help us cultivate peace and joy and connect to our own wisdom while learning to bring curiosity and kindness to the challenging aspects of life.

Feile is a teacher in training with the Mindfulness Meditation Teachers certificate program through Sounds True and the Greater Good Science Center of Berkeley.
She is a long time Meditation enthusiast and mother, and passionate about sharing mindfulness tools with her community.
