SENIORS

We help Seniors live healthy and active lives, by strengthening their support networks, offering support to remain self-sufficient and by encouraging involvement within the community.

We offer non-medical services for seniors living in Esquimalt (regardless of income).  Services include help with grocery shopping, transportation, light repairs and maintenance and light housekeeping. We also offer a variety of free group activities to promote creativity, physical activity and social interactions. Fees may apply on a sliding scale depending on income.  Our aim is to support seniors to remain living independently in their homes and be connected within the community.

Additional services such as help applying for SAFER and any other support to assist in reducing daily living costs are offered free of charge.

Information and referrals to other community resources are available - give us a call!

Please call (250) 385-2635 ext. 201 for further information.

"At Esquimalt Neighbourhood House, we believe that Every Child Matters.
Our hearts break for all of the children - the children that died and for those that survived Canada’s residential school system and the Sixties Scoop."
